Summary 

The formation of Georgian industrial potential about moving to Market Economy  have overcome difficult way. Almost the whole spectrum inherited from Market Economy  and the rate of industry has reduced  so much that nowadays the issue of its rehabilitation is utterly problematic even under the conditions of solid investments.

The industry is one of the most important fields of the country which combines  the getting of natural material wealth, industrial raw materials  and different   kinds of enterprises which process agricultural products into means of production and the objects of consumption.

The level of the industry development extensively conditions social-economic and scientific-technical state of the country. Thanks to powerful economics the U.S.A, Germany, Japan, France and different countries are at the leading positions of the world.

The advancement of the country is impossible without the effective function of the industry, it’s development is the assess of the population welfare and economic potential of the country. No country,  even which is rich with  natural resources cannot consolidate its own political and economic safety, to overcome poverty, development of economic branches, to secure the employment of labor-force, to accumulate material wealth.

Country’s enterprise has a lot of not only economic but also many tasks of strategic character. That’s why every developing country tries industrially developed country. Without it the rising of the population welfare and achievement of success is impossible.

The positive result of economic work of any enterprise ‘s is the effective usage of its working capital. Financial condition of enterprise, accomplishment time of work, amount and value of manufacture are dependent on it. That’s why it’s important to study the analyses of securing the enterprise with fundamental means, to discuss the structure, to elicit reserves and evaluate changes for the increase of its effectiveness
